Notes

I did the 10 as my heart wanted it. My soul had planned it . . . the usual story with me. What is the point running without your soul? There is no purpose in that.

I know for fact now that CS is mild as legs have benefited from not running every day. However, the prominent problem that stops me from been able to run is the tendon on the right leg. There seems to be some tension on the very lower part of right leg on the outer side going right through the leg and up the Tibia and up to the hip at times. It almost feels as it has been there for a while un-noticed till Blair made me aware. I feel I caused this injury during my Dentdale 14 mile tough race by misplacing the right foot/leg when suffering with pain during last 5 miles. It cannot be anything else. Compartment is behaving with slight tightness more on the inner side of left leg as usual. At approximately 5th point mile I did feel the right leg prominently and slightly putting pressure on the nerve.

I am so delighted I was able to run in a such beautiful day. My experience was beautiful again as through running I do make connections very quickly with the world around me in a different and unique way. It may be the spirit of Easter in me and/or the belief that it is so much instilled inside. I only have to Thank God for today's run. This was an unexpected present and fulfilled wish indeed without expectation. SO THANK YOU GOD FOR BEING THERE. I AM SO LUCKY INDEED.
