Another tough run but better than expected it to be. It was hard for first 3 to 4 miles so much so that I felt I had made the wrong decision. I ran with my heart no matter what the body felt. I had made the decision to run longer today. I needed this. It actually became easier to run after the 5th mile and finished good for last couple of miles running smoother and pain free. Still puzzling what the problem is. Legs responded not good later on the day in particular when walking up and down stairs. The worse is expected at AM hours tomorrow. I will, however, continue to do my running for as long as I can whilst at the same time ensure that a safe diagnosis takes place in the near future.
