Notes

First mile up-hill run strong but easy. When at 1.5 point mile felt good and decided to do Strides. So to start with I did 4 X 50 sec strong/faster pace and then by increasing speed and distance did another 4 X 1 min or more ending with two final longer in distance and fast pace strides. Felt great and light in the body with good breathing control.
