Run with Franc on the trail in Dalbeattie Forest. Run fast and hard for most of the way. Unfortunately no matter how well the heart coped with the physical body in the end I did have to accept that problems are not over yet. It was another tough run and decided to slow down and give it a rest for a while and till the legs recover. More Chiropractor's sessions to take place and also an appointment is now arranged for me to see a Physician in Boston next week.
