Beautiful cycle run after a long day's drive and with body once again responding well. No problems and/or concerns whatsoever. Felt good and especially enjoyed and treasured the experience of a beautiful sunset with special healing feelings inside. This was also the final day of Franc's RTB race which I was delighted to hear just after my cycle run that had gone so well. It has been a special day in more than one ways. Hoping to start running soon and longing for the day my body will give me permission to do so.
