Notes

An easy 8 mile cycle to test my Bike after its service and of course due to having not used my bike for approx. 2 yrs. It was also another reason for this easy cycle to test the grounds for both legs. I felt nothing on either leg. No sensations, no tiredeness up or down hill felt really strong. I have to get used to new gear changing adjustments as I do not want to get stuck in the middle of nowhere if chain goes out of place. I think I am going to enjoy cycling around again. So, I am very excited and shall take it easy to start with. It is good wonderful news that leg probs do not interfere with cycling.
