Notes
Very cold, wet and windy today while running. The weather is really odd as it is sunny and clear now as I am typing this entry. It was cold enough to go into my gloves. The run was good. Although the pace was easy I put a lot of effrot again. Staying late last night by taking Ev to hospital took a lot out of me. I felt physically strong in terms of running but low in energy if this makes sense. On the way back I just wanted to eat and sleep. My right leg continues to give me signs that the problem is still there. It tends to be easier when warmed up but is still with me.
