Notes

An easy run just to keep going. Run 4 miles on the flat and did not time this run as it was purely to test how body would react after the last warnings. Legs felt overall slightly heavy but after 2nd mile I felt reasonably well. Did not feel as I could strides or other workout but just take it easy and that worked out fine. Earlier on the day did some stretching for approx. 15 min.
