Gorgeous morning for a brisk workout since yesterday was a travel day. 5 hill reps at the dam. Determined to get that 2nd leg for next year's relay. Angry about Dave and Elmer's view that the leg should go to a "speedier" runner for the sake of getting food at the end of the relay. Bah.
Held the mile splits at 8:18, 8:19, and 8:20. Comfortably hard but nothing exhausting. No pain from Saturday except on the right ankle bone from constantly kicking myself. Slight bruising.
