Notes

Strides: 20 M warm up + 10x20 sec w/ 1m rev + 25 Min cool down. The run was a little tough in the begining because I have a head cold. The First two miles were sort of slow. I felt pretty good during the quality part of the workout and was able to run at a decent clip during the cool down. I've got a race coming up on Saturday, which I'm looking forward to. Hopefuly my cold will be gone and I run something like a 20:50.
