2.75 warm up + 6.5 steady state + 2.75 cool down. I ran the warm up a little fast. The steady state got someone easy over time, but it's really a challenge the first few miles. I also had trouble hitting the pace, not physically but more of a pacing issue. I guess that's not surprising because I typically don't run that pace. The cool down was fine. I think I'm almost fully recovered from last week's stomach issues. However, I was somewhat disappointed with how this workout felt. Hopefully the next steady state will be less of a challenge.
