1 mile walking warm up

oj ,banana and spring water before i ran

1 gu at about 45 minute mark and a spring water on the run

had a bagel/cream cheese right after

felt pretty good

my right hamstring is getting better

i could feel the right inner thigh tighten up near the end of my run
