only 77 but the sun made it feel hot
drank a low cal gatorade this morning
almost 1 mile walking warm up
started out slow and took it easy so I thought because the sun was feeling pretty hot
I wore the hat with sunglasses for the 1st time
took the hat off whenever I was in the shade
the calf and hamstring felt really good
last night I gave them both moist heat
now at 7 pm my hamstring feels a little tight but has improved while continueing to run
