had a banana and a little juice at around 6 am
and plenty of water
plus half a gu
walked a little at 5:30 to lossen up a little
warmed up at the race but too much
My right hamstring was still noticable but not a factor as it doesn't bother me when i run
went out just under 7 minute miles
i thought i wouldn't be able to keep it up
on the 4th mile i started to drag a little but pushed through it
