after the left leg bothered me on tuesday I took it easy until today
my leg felt fine until about mile 8 ish and then after mile 12 I really noticed it
I took motrin and I am icing it as quick and as often as possible
I may not run this week. We'll see????
here come the machines hopefully by wednesday!!??
other than that I felt good despite the heat.
