felt tired.walked the dog when i got home then I took a nap for about an hour .

got up did a 1/2 mile walking warm up had a little more to drink and was on my way

didn't push real hard but i have just been faster.

although i didn't slow myself down.

felt strong

the only thing i felt was my right hamstring .after it felt just a little tight.

I'm just going to walk thursday and stretch.

friday i'll do a max of 3 slow then stretch again and walk a little sat and sunday stretching gently after each walk.

Had an ensure right after with the protein mixxed in.
