Ran outside, weather good. Phone quit at 3 mi. due to cold. Felt slow and tired. Night shift run, 7 hrs sleep. NO coffee or breakfast before. HR and pace about the same, might have taken longer to get up to normal. Security "caught" me, asked if running outside still allowed? I answered I didn't know why it wouldn't be...here's hoping. Wore buff Cyclone with buff material over face/chin. Still cold on the chin. Need to turn it over so the fleece is over face? Triple layers again, no overbooties, temp good.
