I have now chosen to run on the red treadmill as that one at least does not give me nausea. There is without doubt a constant incline while running at higher speeds. My normal running speed on this treadmill is 11 km/hr, that gives me a heartrate that starts at 145 and rises to 155.
I had a decent run this day, felt some "pain" in my knees while walking the stairs after running, nothing major. I do not enjoy running on this treadmill but it is better than the alternative.
