Notes

An easy run since the ship listed slightly to the starboard side, I think. I added 0.5 elevation for the first approximately 5 kilometres. I had to pause at 9.5 kilometres to have a toiletbreak, I really have to manage my water intake to not do that. I think I need to not sleep between eating and running.
