Well I had my humble pie today...tough day!!! Dropped out at 39.6 miles with cramping and a slight pull behind left knee. Ran and walked 8 miles with Jason and Katy. They both went on to finish with Katy 7th woman. The trail was very tough with a lot of rocks and switch backs. Live and learn time to rest then start Boston training :)
