Apparently I went too heavy, but that is OK. I think that my plan from now on will be to alternate days as follows:

1) As much weight as I can do 20 sets of, 20lbs for now.

2) As many sets as I can do with 35lbs. When I get up to 10, I'll move up to 40lbs.

Keep going until I can do 20 at 40lbs.
