Feels like 12.
Back after a break. because I was slipping on the ice and tripping over chunks of ice. Sidewalks still suck, but are at least semi clear.
I pushed a couple of times, trying to think about putting my energy into pushing off, rather than putting energy into moving the leg forward. Made me able to run at a faster pace with less effort than when I wasn't paying attention to this.
Tried screw shoes, and they worked great, but my ankles kinda hurt, not sure if that's because of the screws, because I was pushing it, or because of the surface being uneven.
