Ran with Nate, Cody, and Nick. Warmed up for 2 miles then started tempo. Heat and humidity forced us to adapt workout. Ran 3 miles 6:01, 5:54, 5:57 then took an easy mile and back to tempo after that for 5:52, 6:02. I was okay with the workout. A bit hard to breathe with the humidity being so bad.
