Ran track workout with Court at WBHS. 2 mile warmup. 4 x 1200 with 200 meter jog plus 2:00. Cooled down with 4 miles.
Goal times: 4:00, 3:54, 3:48, 3:42...I hit 3:59, 3:52, 3:48, 3:58
I felt bad on the warmup, so I was uncertain as to how the workout would play out. I wound up getting through it eventhough I died hardcore on the last one.
