I'm going to call this a Prayer/Easy run. For the first 2 miles I tried to constantly pray to God and be in conversation with him. For the last 2 miles I focused on being thankful for the people in my life and only think positive thoughts about them and myself. No lamenting how things are or current situations. Hopefully I'll do these once a week. Maybe it'll help iwht my relationship with God, improve my outlook on life, relieve a little stress. Plus I kept the run easy and didn't look at my Garmin hardly at all.
