My aerobic condition is horrible since my running has been sporadic since the marathon. My knee hurt a little. My shin hurt some. It was worse when I overpronate. If I concentrate on running more on the outside of my foot and not heel striking, it wasn't so bad. When it comes time for a new pair of shoes, I need to go back in and get refitted with something with more stability.
