Notes
Good run with a few fast intervals in there. The 6:42 on mile 5 is nice. I didn't really go out with a plan or run with any sort of rhythm or purpose. I just wanted to do 5-6 miles, and did it with some fast miles, some medium. I did the last 1/2 mi barefoot. Right calf feels lightly strained, but it felt like that since yesterday morning for some reason.
