Notes

Treadmill run due to sleet. Good effort on the first 2.5, then did a 0.5 barefoot, focusing on forefoot striking; concerned I'm still over-supinating, but definitely felt like I was landing lighter (had to, or I'll shatter my metatarsals!). Not ready for the 10k in any way, shape, or form. Start to push it this week, with some light barefoot running thrown in.
