Much faster than anticipated. Ran up Mt. Patterson and back (there are actually 2 or 3 major hills) and managed a 7:30 or less for each mile.
I rolled my left ankle pretty hard about 1/3 through the run. Ran through the initial pain and barely felt it after a while, but I'm icing it as we speak and hoping for minimal pain/swelling tonight/tomorrow. Also, I'm hoping to do an easy 3-6 miler tomorrow.
