Felt good. Can't really complain. I didn't throw up or even feel sick at the end, so I think I could go faster on the last mile. I prd in the first two mile, 1021 and then again in the second 1012, and then I slowed down a lot on the last mile. Granted those splits might not be completely accurate, but they are close. I think the reason my last mile suffered is because no one, at least that I could see, was moving fast. I was still passing people and thought that I was going fast. Still, I hope the rest of my season stays good. My upper leg has been hurting me lately, I'm trying to ice as much as possible. Kinda sucks that when my shins stop hurting, something else goes wrong. I think I'm just sore from doing the mileage I've been doing. I might take a day off this or next week. I also had a really fast week last week, so I'm going to try to slow it down on longer runs, just a little. then again, it worked for me, so who knows.
