Copied time distance and name of run from Ashman. Ran with gabe, ashman, boucher and duffty. Ran a variation of plantation street where we ran around the lake. At one point we passed enid street, which had mike singing the song in its entirety. Not a bad run, I felt pretty good and we went a good pace. Better than last weeks sub 7 days. Didn't really know where I was for most of the run, which made me put a lot of faith in duffty who claimed he knew exactly where he was. He was right and gabe had his map watch, but still slightly unsettling. Afterwards I went in the pool and tried to swim some laps but it was very painful. My leg, where it has been hurting, either cramped up or it just hurts a hundred times more when swimming. Watched transformers 2 today for free. Not a bad action movie. Still, michael bay sucks.
