Day 2 felt pretty good. My knee tends to hurt after about 200 meters, but then that goes away. It's been a while, but that first bit of running is definitely where I remember all the little pains coming out. So I think typical. My knee has felt fine after running, which is the big one.
Running at work is kind of crappy. I have to put my mask on to go inside (rightfully so, not complaining there), but that is definitely a lot worse right after running. Haven't tried running with a mask, so that would probably also have the same problems.
