The doctor gave me the ok to run months ago. But my leg felt really weird still (like when I went to kneel I really had to force myself to bend that leg and it was still pretty tight). So I waited until my leg felt fine for day to day activity.

But it does now. It still has twinges of pain occasionally, but flexibility wise it is right back to where it's always been. Definitely doing more stretches and warm ups now, because I really don't want to hurt my knee ever again.

Running wise I did laps around my work, as that is flat. The loop is a quarter mile, which is convenient. For now I'm going with one mile a day. Eventually I'll upgrade to 2 miles every couple days, but trying to go really slow. Not sure if my knee is going to start hurting a bunch now, so being very cautious.
