Notes
Relaxed run. I was a little sore. Wanted to do 10, but I don't really have any good runs for that with the snow as it is. Certain streets just aren't safe. The hills were tough, but I felt strong other than that.
This morning I woke up dehydrated and feeling hung over because I didn't really drink or eat a lot after I ran. To make matters worse I over hydrated at work so I needed to pee twice during the run. Was in the dark for a couple miles, but it was the last two so its not that bad.
