Notes

Played a double header of soccer. Good to know I can run again. By the end my foot was cramping up a little bit, and I have a fairly bad blister on my left foot. Still, I think I'm going to start running again this week. I bought a new jacket for running in the dark. Starting out slow, because I'm not positive that I'm fully recovered. I'll try to run twice this week, some day during the week and then saturday.
