Getting lost yesterday was bad, but the reason I ran at school was more because the people of woburn don't know how to clear their streets. Left work later than I wanted, like 430, so didn't run until 440. No traffic was nice. Good run, although I was a little sore from yesterday.
I think everyday I'm going to run from the high school, as if I went home I would slack off more, ie not run at all. So I'll park at redspring or the field house. My ankle is feeling fine now, although this week might hurt me in the long run. I think I'm going to try and run easy tomorrow too, if I feel beat up still. Monday probably will kill me until friday or saturday.
