Still felt a little sore today. Even so, I wanted to go farther and had to talk myself down. I think that is a good sign. I'm both psyched for running, and smart enough to know my limits (sort of). Fifty miles might be pushing it, but it is necessary. If I go to 60 it is way over the top. I also wanted to get one good hill workout in this week, probably saturday. That will be more than five. So I'm looking at 4 miles the next two days, and 7 on saturday. That puts my week at a little over fifty, just where I want to be. Ran from home today. Didn't go inside the house, just went straight for a run, figuring if I see the dog I'm not going to want to run and will have to walk her. Just didn't want to go to AHS, because I might actually run into someone I know like an old teacher or coach. Not something I really want to happen, as those occasions are always awkward. There is a time and place for them, and at the beginning or end of my run is neither.
