Notes
Was going to run after work, but ed called me up to see a movie. Went to see season of the witch with him and robbatt. Both talked during the movie, which always bugs me, but since it wasn't very good other that the action and occasional creepy moment, I'm not that mad. Ran after that, around 10 on the treadmill. Had cramps after about a mile. Stopped once to try and go to the bathroom but nothing happened. Then when I started again they came back hard. So I called it quits. Hopefully I'm not sick or anything. Even while I'm writing this my stomach is rumbling, not a good sign. Tomorrow I'll get to run outside, so that's good. Still going to be a weak week.
