I didn't feel too bad for this workout. The first one I was really struggling, but it turns out I was also going way too fast, which I found out at the 200. I don't know if I'm going to race this weekend. In the 5k that is, definately doing the BM. It's supposed to be 80 degrees, and I'm sore, so I probably won't PR. I still kind of want to do one last 5k. When I doubled I never thought that that 5k was to be my last, so I would prefer one more. I also think I could run a lot faster, which would help me in the 10k, to know I could run faster. Took yesterday off, as I had a lot due in my grad class, and a final. So I haven't done a long run this week. Added to todays short workout, this is going to be a short week, which is good b/c I should probably start tapering this or next week.
