Easy run with the dogs. Had some stops for peeing and pooping, so that would explain the fairly slow time. Slowed down a lot in the trails because I didn't want to hurt anything. But felt pretty solid throughout this run.
Ran for the first 1.3 with Buck and the last with Waffle. Both seemed to enjoy it. I was going to go to the pond trail but the parking lot was packed and I had no mask, so looped on the trails next to our house instead.
