Notes
I know I play soccer every week,so I don't usually log it, but this one was right after boston. I got home around 3 or 4, after going out to eat with my family, and then soccer was at 7. I think the soccer may have actually made me feel better. I couldn't sprint with any of the guys, but I could keep up with the girls. Also, in indoor soccer there isn't that much sprinting, more a continuous distance run with occasional spurts. I also subbed out more than normal to be safe. Got a beer after which was great.
