Not a bad workout, although kind of short. Ran early by myself. I would say that I either kind of felt yesterday, or the heat really got to me. The first one, for example, I went out 34 and then actively tried to slow down, as my goal 5k pace was sub 230, probably around 228 or 9. Anyway, after that, the second one didn't feel too bad, but come to the third one and it hit me hard. The 200s were pretty easy. I also did the standard hurdles and sprints at the beginning, but I never log those. Short mileage day, but tomorrow is long, so I'll probably make up for it.
