Notes

A little too fast. Was supposed to be a steady run. Started out at 640s, which was my goal pace. By the time I got to mill st, I was running 6 minute miles. The rest I don't really know mile markers, but I was going fairly fast. Got pretty much every light on the run, which was awful. I hate stopping while running, especially if I'm moving quick. Tomorrows workout seems easy so I should be fine for it. Have to run early by myself though.
