First run in a while. I felt like I was going faster, but that makes sense, because I'm out of shape. Did planks and push ups after. Trying to get back into shape. From now on I'm going to go every day. This week I'm happy with around 30, especially considering I missed sunday so there is only 6 days. Got new shoes. They felt pretty good.
