Notes
Warmup for the Feaster five. Ran to the line, stopped to pee, then did another mile. Then Gabe peed again. I don't think this warmup did that much for me, but maybe I'm wrong. It was pretty hot out and there was a long stretch before the race. Still, good to run with people as always. Making up the distances by the way, didn't time it or anything so completely random.
