Notes
Ran fast today. Don't know if the time is that accurate, but I left at slightly after 415 and got back right before 455 on the clock on the wall. I may have gone too fast, but I had a meeting at 5 that I needed to get to. We were supposed to run a little quick. I didn't have a watch, so I just ran so that I was uncomfortable while still not as bad as a race. I made it back on time which was good. At the beginning I passed a couple groups, which is always fun, and at the end I was right behind a bike for a half mile or so. Felt a weird pain in my calf at the end of funny house street, but it went away and never came back, so i'm not worried. When I passed Dickson, he ran with me for like 20 yds, and I though he was going to go with me. He said several times that he could manage the pace, and, although I had my doubts, I was kind of hoping he would go with me. It was a very boring run, although the biker did say hello and that I was going quick.
