Notes
i ran this late at night, because I put off running too long and had a lot of meetings. Ran around the track because I didn't want to run around worcester in the dark. Also, I wanted to run a 10k. Ran with smitty. Kind of a fast pace, although on the track it didn't feel that fast. Might have pushed too hard.
