Notes

This was a fun run. I hurt my leg on Thursday, so I wasn't looking to go very quick. So I started with Beth for the first 3 miles, running with the 730 pace guy. then I picked it up, which was great because i was just passing people for the rest of the race. Ended up catching up to the 7 minute pace guy jogging at the finish, because he went too fast.

So by my reasoning I went most of this race at 636 pace. I felt pretty good, my leg didn't bother me at all. It mostly just hurts when I bend my knee and kneel or something. Still going to take the rest of the week off and then start running again.
