Notes
Yet again, was going to run farther but I got bored. Even watching hot rod couldn't keep me running. Didn't help that I couldn't hear some of it because I had to use speakers cause stella ate my running headphones. I'm going to buy new ones, but still I"m pissed off. Also mad that I took two days off. Didn't do the workout, and I'm not really going to get a chance to now. I'm not missing another running day, and from now on I'm getting up and running by 12. I don't like the treadmill or running at dark. I'm reminded now of why I didn't take a day off for so long, because one day so easily leads to two, etc.
