Awful run. Just felt like crap the whole time. Wanted to cut off before I even ran a mile, which usually it takes until at least halfway. Powered through. Stopped a couple times, at lights and to adjust my shoe, so this is probably like 20 seconds faster. Anyway, glad I got this done. Really hot today, but tomorrow is supposed to be even worse, so I'm lucky I got in the long run when I did. My shin was kicked yesterday during soccer and is slightly bruised and very tender. Hopefully not a huge issue.
